It's Cyber Monday! Market is down as concern shifts to other European
countries. North Korea is a non-issue.
Asian Markets closed higher, the Japanese Market swung back to Six Month high.
Precious Metals are doing better than the broader market, so we found some
interesting small caps for our members. However, these are not very liquid. Take
